At my Jack in I received a very small room the reception told me that this is a normal room. I complained and got another room a little bit bigger. I spent the night in this room and in the morning I asked them to switch and then I get a normal room. Beside that food was good and the service also. Thank you for your concern.

Me and my lover stayed at the Mostyn hotel between the 21/2-27/2/08 and enjoyed every minute. The room was quite big(using London standards) very clean, and so was the bathroom (that looked brand new). The room was quiet (considering he's central location). The staf was very nice and helpfull (although their english was horrible and made every interaction with them exhausting- you need to have patience, eventually you'll get wat you want). I recomend the Mostyn and I will definitely come back.
