The hotel is situated in Bayswater, near to 2 tube stations, and near the park. The rooms are small, as on most London hotels. The staff was plesant. There are one negative thing about the hotel, the lack of luggage storage.

The hotellservice was good. It´s have been very good if it hade some place ver we could have the bags after we have too check out till we are going too the airport.

All in the hotel (comfort, breakfast, location etc...) was perfect, except one thing: no possibility to leave our luggage there after checking out. So we had to go first to St Pancras Station to leave our bags and child's stroller (and paid 24 GBP) before to go back to Notting Hill for the carnival.
