Perfect situation beside 2 underground stations and Kensington Park.Very commercial area. The room little but confortable. Complete bathroom. Continental breakfast o.k.

Very clean, very quiet, very nice hotel. Only internet access was by payment and cannot connect from room because of low signal.

The rooms were ok. Breakfast was disappointing, the coffee and tea were not good, the employees not smiling at all. It could have been much better with small efforts like saying " good morning" with a smile.....
