This hotel was the worst part of my trip, hotel as old as the Titanic and probably not renovated since then. The room was cold & damp, the tv remote barely worked and the elevators were broken. Also the hotel had an awful smell to it. I can'' find anything good to say. Todd Ryan Ottawa, Canada

As a tip for improvement I'd only like to say, that if a stay was booked for two nights the receptionist should ensure at arrival, that it is recorded correctly in the computer. So that you're not thrown out after one night.

Beautiful character Hotel right in the centre of Liverpool. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly and helplful. The breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of people there but the staff kept coming out with more fresh food and there was plenty of choice. would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a perfect location for shopping & all the night life (5 min walk). The hotel it self is quite old fashioned but the rooms are big & clean & the breakfast is lovely so what more could ya ask for.

The hotel was perfect, can not be faulted 1 little bit. It is 2 min walk from the centre of Liverpool, very big rooms & the leisure centre was brill. Breakfast was lovely & all the bars in the hotel was great. Thank you so much. I just have 1 question, when I booked I was quoted €252.00 for the twin room & €333.45 for the triple but I was charged €267.13 for the twin & €354.94 for the triple. Can you tell me why I wasnt notified about the change in price??

The Hotel is a very nice building,but is looking alittle tired on the inside.Our room was OK, but no more.I wouldn't go back to the same room it could do with a good clean behind the bathroom door lay a pair of underpants.(not mine) under the radaitor was bottle top.Otherwise it was fine.
