My husband and I stayed as a treat for his 50th birthday. As he works at an airport I thought it would be somewhere quirky to go. It was an excellent hotel. The staff very friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated and our room was lovely. We loved the Art Deco feel to the hotel. He made plenty of use of the leisure facilities next door. And breakfast was brilliant. Overall a great weekend.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Only downside was the distance from the town centre.

This hotel is in a beautiful building with lovely art-deco features. The hotel's facilities are good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The heating in the room didn't work very well and the tea & coffee making facilities in the room were rather spartan. However, overall this is an interesting and original place.
