Well I have stayed at the hotel before so the fact I came back should be seen as positive. It is a good price and good access to Tube for Heathrow. The issue here this time is when I arrived I was told there was a problem with the water in the hotel so they had moved us to a hotel across the road ( which was fine). The staff were polite and helpful and came withus to the hotel to speed up the checkin so all in all , even though I didnt stay there it deserves an 8!

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with many nearby stores open until midnight. It is very close to metro. It has very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quality of service and breakfast is above expectations. I felt at home. Although many planes pass the hotel is well soundproofed. Cars can be left overnight for free in public parking. Among pesonal are British, Indians and Romanians very kind and respectful.

This hotel is great, breakfast is a nice, room is very nice, we are missed just hairdrier in the room. This hotel pretty close underground. It was a great choice.

A good clean hotel, close to Heathrow. Only 5 mins from tube station and staff friendly. I would stay there again, which says a lot!
