Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow

From you enter the hotel to you leave everything was perfect lovely staff large spotless rooms and ecellent food keep up good work thank you

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was of very high standard. we would have rated it a bit higher only we had a problem on checking in, the room we were allocated hadn't been cleaned, on saying that the problem was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We would use this hotel again

Rooms are a bit worn down. They need to be modernized. Service and breakfast ok.

Our room was cold, dark because some of the lights weren't working. Replacement bulbs needed. We complete the request form for maintenance to do this on our first day, but it was ignored! We had 2 asked for extra pillows to be put into our room twice. Breakfast: There was a good selection however when supplies ran out they were not replaced. Hence limited selection available. Staff were not very friendly. On our last day we had to vacate our room by 11am. On 2 occasions, housekeeping were pestering us to vacate our room between 10-11am!

Nice room and service, very nice breakfast

Very nice hotel - well located (in fact, you can enter it via the station) in the shopping area of Glasgow. When I arrived way too early, no checkin was possible yet as non-smoker single rooms were still being cleaned, but they offered me a twin non-smoker already. Very good breakfast, very spacious, not too much noise. Definitely one to remember !
