Great location, lovely hotel and rooms but we had lots of noise coming from the nearby lifts which kept us awake all night. We told reception and they refunded our £6 parking which I thought was a poor gesture considering we stayed for a relaxing break but didnt get that as was kept awake all night! If it wasn't for that I would have rated this hotel a 9.

good hotel- we have stayed on numerous occasions-great for SECC -we were upgraded to a suite this time as we had an issue the last time we stayed -nice views but felt the suite was needing a bit of TLC stains on carpets etc and no slippers or dressing gown -would have complained had we been paying full amount

Excellent stay with friendly and attentive staff. A fabulous breakfast each morning as well. The only gripes we had were that the carpets in the room could do with being renewed and that surely wifi should be free in a hotel of this standard.

The romm was lovely, breakfast was good but the windows didnt open and the air conditioning was too noisy to leave on so the room was hot and stuffy. Old style TV with a very limited number of channels. You had to pay for internet connection and the car park unlike the other two hotels at the SECC which are only a stones throw away. I would not stay at the Crowne Plaza again

This quality of hotel should have been providing free internet access and good quality orange juice at breakfast time. Other than that, it was good.

Ticked all the boxes for us, reception staff were excellent, breakfast staff likewise, bar can get busy at peak times but the team there also give of there best albeit under pressure.

Excellent location for the SECC, we didn't need to go outside as we used the adjoining link!! Great evening meal and breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel which is ideally located for a trip to the Clyde Auditorium or SECC. The rooms are spacious with lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection or hot tasty food to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. I will definitely be back!

THE LADIES BEHIND THE RECEPTION WERE FIRST CLASS, ONLY TO BE LET DOWN BY THE BREAKFAST STAFF, WE HAD TO GO AND ASK FOR TEA/COFFEE EVEN THEN THERE ATTENTION WAS VERY LACK LUSTRE. GOOD START BAD FINISH.

A nice hotel that is in a good location for the city. the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable. The public area is just starting to show signs of being in need of updating.

would highly recommend this hotel Four of us went to see a show at the secc and stayed overnight at this hotel The rooms were of a high standard and the staff very helpful We had booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great plenty of choice and everything hot.Would definately stay there again

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy. Although the room was too hot. When I put the air conditioning on it was fine but it was a bit noisy so we couldn't put it on when we were in bed. Everything else was perfect.

The only sensible choice for attending the SGU Awards Dinner being held in the hotel. Easy check-in with friendly and efficient staff, spacious and immaculate room, outstanding breakfast. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow. Room was superb - service excellent. Have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions when attending events at the SECC. Location is perfect.
