Surprise booking by my daughter for my wife and myself for our 55th wedding anniversary. hotel upgraded our room. service and room were excellent and couldn't fault the wide selection of food for breakfast. would certainly recommend.

Excellent hotel- we've stayed there twice now and it's been excellent. Didn't like the dinner menu but it looked quite reasonable price wise.

Quiet, clean, convenient and comfortable with good food. Bathroom however required some maintenance as a hinge on the toilet seat was broken, the cold water tap was loose and the heated towel radiator did not work.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were small and shabby, the service was poor, all in all a very poor experience for a 4* hotel.
