Dentro de los hoteles británicos en los que he estado (todos de 4*) me parece el mejor con diferencia. (+) Camas cómodas, limpieza buena, el ruido de la calle es soportable. (-) falta minibar, el baño es un tanto escaso, no hay teléfono de ducha y para entrar en la bañera hay que se Oyarzabal. El desayuno escocés muy bueno y el continental un poco escaso con el pan y la bollería un poco cruda.

This is a lovely hotel. I had booked 2 twin rooms and on arrival they gave us 2 family rooms. The rooms were a great size and very nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly. Great location in the city centre. Would definately go back.

Good hotel with a good position in the city. The parking place is not for free but thanks to a convention it is cheap and it is really near the hotel. The room was large and quite comfortable, except the noise of some aircon on the building on front. We had a room with windows looking to a 4m dintant building wall! There is a disco near the corner so better avoid this hotel the night from saturday to monday, believe me... you won't sleep neither an hour... the guests will go round the corridors all the night long shouting. Obviously the night staff won't say them a word. The breakfast was unacceptable, with lack of food and beverages, dirty tables and a waste of money and time... avoid it. The situation is better during the week.
