The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Staff treat you very well but its very expensive to purchase food and alcohol. Being originally locals to the area we know to buy elsewhere, so the hotel misses out always. We have stayed a few times through the years and if they dropped their pricing they would get more business l'm sure! Can't complain re rooms etc as they are lovely and the beds are excellent. Many Thanks

Clean. Staff very polite and attentive. Good facilities. Large rooms. Frequent weddings at attached rooms - can be noisy until late (yes, that was us too!).
Drinks prices horrendous.

Generally ok - restaurant food high quality and the staff there were very good. Breakfast not great. The rooms are now beginning to look outdated and in need of refurbishment. It would be good if the staff made the effort to acknowledge their customers. A pleasant good morning or good evening wouldn't go amiss. The only person who did this was the housekeeper. Reception in the hotel and in the leisure facilities seemed reluctant to acknowledge our presence!

Bedrooms very comfortable.
We were part of a large family Wedding party. The receptionist tended to be rather curt to us on arrival after a considerable long journey by Air and Taxi. Later in the afternoon when more guests arrived, rooms were not ready to be occupied and some Elderly Guests were left waiting for some time.
Also, at the Wedding Breakfast the bar staff were challenged when seen pooring the contents of the opened bottles of Champaign down the sink. The reply was that after a certain time all drinks were to be bought from the Bar !!
This I would suggest is a very poor 'hospitality' policy on behalf of the Hotel
I don't think many of the assembled Guests will be returning.
However, the Wedding proceedings were well planned and executed to the pleasure of all
