Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Pretty good.Location works due to the frequency of the no 22 bus! Heating system needs upheaval as our room 411,was freezing!!We were moved,with no problem,to a warmer room.

Standard HIX. Some things in room needed fixed but overall an okay standard and spotlessly clean. Pretty good free basic breakfast choice. Good location and good price.

Clean, comfortable hotel suitable for a short stay only, which is for what it was designed. Rooms are adequate but too small for long stay. Reception staff are friendly and attentive. In the evenings they double as bar staff and are again friendly and attentinve. I regularly stop at this hotel and my only complaint is that the heating system is poor and rooms can be uncomfortably cool in the winter.

Convenient for local attractions - staff friendly excellent value for money when you get the yeego free nights deal unfortunately no longer acailable. Facilities as expected in a chain hotel - only the cloud wifi - frustrating when i get free bt openzone minutes.

Room clean and with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet - but plent of choice. Bus stop right outside hotel takes you to city centre quickly. Have used this hotel on many occasions and will continue to do so every time in Edinburgh.

Although the location is near the port, the bus stop is conveniently located just outside the hotel. Excellent public service and frequency, and in 15 minutes one can reach the city centre. Hotel staff efficient and polite, always helpful. The rooms very basic but clean. No wardrobes but only open shelves. No fridge, and room locker, but a hotel locker available near the reception. Breakfast very adequate and generous, but don't expect meats and eggs. Value for money .

hotel is clean, simple and friendly. Located nicely for shopping, cinema and food. Easy access to city centre with the bus stop right outside. Any request we made the staff we more than happy to help with. Would recommend as a cheap clean option for families.

standard good as expected-just feel there could be a bit more selection at breakfast-ie some cold meats and cheeses and more fruit selection-staff alll very helpful and hotel ideal for theatre break-restuarants around Leith good and shopping centre only over the road-Busses to centre every 5 mins - our 2nd stay here and would stay again

Hotel is great, very clean and the staff were excellent. Only negative thing to say is you don't get a cooked breakfast, only get cereal, fruit, toast, etc. Though they serve breakfast late which is superb. Definitely recommend hotel, bus stop right outside and will take you right into town.

Easy to get to. Modern clean hotel. Lacking a bit in the bar staff, give you a glass and a tin and let you sort it yourself! Staff on reception V.Good. We would stay there again.

Usual good standard by Express by Holiday Inn. Only minus ponts, the heating system was a bit of a nuisance to get just right, and a bit on the noisy side, also the vending machines were all empty.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff could not do enough to help you - nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location and easy access to the city centre. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Edinburgh and would love to stay there again.

Rooms were clean and spacious and had a big bed. Location was good. A bit away from city centre but buses came every couple of minutes and there was a night bus service. Ocean Terminal across the road had cinema and some places to eat/drink so didn't need to go into town unless you wanted to have a late night. Parking at hotel was a bonus.

Great hotel at a great location! Rooms as you would expect, staff friendly, bufet breakfast continental and loads of it. My 11 yaer old was stuffed and thats a feat in itself!!

Room was very comfortable, bed was slightly too soft, very clean, very quiet even though on ground floor next to car park. Excellent transport connections. Breakfast was had a good selection of foods, very varied. There was also enough food for all guests even though breakfast was offered for three hours. Service was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly

We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel and especially our room. It was quite cosy and with all the comforts we need. The breakfast was fantastic (taking into consideration that is a continental and not American)

Good location for Brittania visit. Suggest travelling by bus to city centre. A day ticket for travel on any bus is cheap and as the capital traffic can be very slow then taxis can be expensive. Hotel was clean and breakfast was standard feed. Excellent for theatre, only downside the bar was shut at 11pm when we arrived back.

location a bit from city centre however good bus services. hotel clean and spacious rooms, only breakfast available which was very basic and disappointing. staff were tidying up the bread with no tongs or gloves after handling dirty plates etc. lack of tables at breakfast.
