| Breakfasts were very good and we did have a lovely view of the castle as did the 6 other guests who were in our party, but our bathroom sink was cracked, the sink itself was loose on the wall and a tap was damaged. The mattress was in two halves and one half was broken. We complained to the manager. He changed the mattress but obviously could not change the sink. He gave us one free drink each in the bar (i.e. about £10 worth) and a free newspaper. We asked for the Guardian but it never arrived. |
