The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

All hotels in Edinburgh are over priced for what they offer, and this one is no exception.Parliament is in a good location, hidden away, but 5 minutes from Waverley station. Only access it from Regent Road- routing via Leith road will probably kill you. ! Reception is friendly and helpfiul. The free wifi in the hotel I found to be very good and available in your room-not just common areas. Room was a reasonable size. No aircon, not much of a view. No in room safe. Only one bedside cabinet. No clock. I found the bed comfy. The door has spring closers & people let them bang shut. Also various toilet noises from adjacent rooms can be clearly heard all night-so a decent nights sleep is not possible ( for me). Everything appeared clean-except in the bathroom. The shower screen was clean, but the screen runners certainly were not. Full of grime & hairs, cannot have been cleaned properley for a very long time. The bathroom fan comes on auto with the light & is very noisy & stays on for a few minutes after you turn the light out ( again. more noise). The room mini bar was expensive-even more expensive than a four star hotel I stayed at in Sweden last week - and I can assure you, Sweden ain't cheap ! and if you want ice with that pricey G & T, then you have to go to reception for it-for an additional charge of £1. The breakfast room was small & inadequate. The service was a curious mix of half D-I-Y and half fresh to order. Fruit salad consisted of tinned grapefruit segments & prunes. Juices were the cheap concentrated variety. Fresh to order hot items were good but stingy, i.e. you get ONE bacon rasher, ONE sausage, ONE egg etc. The hotel does not have a bar as such, just a cupboard in the corner that the receptionist can get a drink for you. To sum up, the hotel was OK, not exceptional. I may have reviewed slightly harshly, but if you are charging premium rates then you have to offer 100% premium service. Had the room rates beeen £20 a night less then I probably would have rated it higher. For the money, I would have expected a better experience

Have stayed at this hotel before, so knew what to expect. In many respects this could be classed as 4*, though it is not inexpensive to stay there. The reception/lounge area is small but welcoming and warm, corridors are clean and tidy, except during housekeeping. The room was smaller than I expected and not very warm, unusually and there was no radiator in the bathroom. Very comfortablr bed and clean towels each day. Breakfast was included in our booking, but is expensive should it be purchased seperately @ £12.50 and ingredients for the cooked breakfast are not of a very high quality! Otherwise, pleasant staff and a very nice hotel. We will continue to stay there on return visits to Edinburgh, which we love.
