very central.two minutes from the airport bus and train station.Waverly.in view of the castle.room very warm,could not find the controls.

The smell from the Lush shop downstairs was eye nipping, the smell was so strong it had a terrible effect on my sinuses which have only just cleared up. Our room looked into the back alley which in itself wasn’t very nice but add to that the hotel staff using it to smoke in. So between the two it spoiled our stay big time.

We were left without toileties for two days! We were on the 5th floor...no lift service for two days,in the end we asked to be moved to another room.

Location was fantastic. Room was quite small and staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Would stay there again, though, due to the location.
