I had one of the rooms on the road side and they tend to be really noisy with traffic and bars nearby. I arrived early and although I had requested early check in, the reception staff were. unaccomodating. I have stayed there quite a few times before on business trips and would have expected a better service. They had pre-allocated a room and were not flexible enough to change it to one that was free which was disappointing. Overall, I like the hotel but after the last trip, don't think I'll be going back. It's over priced and the service is not 5*!
