| The George Hotel, Edinburgh - attractive old hotel in very centre of Edinburgh therefore v convenient for sights and shops. Newly and stylishly refurbished inside. Comfortable bed, well decorated room. Tea and coffee in room. Friendly, helpful staff. Jazz in bar/restaurant sunday lunchtime. |

| Pleasant hotel in great location. Only down side was the temperature in the hotel which seemed very warm indeed. Expensive, and perhaps not good as the price would suggest. |
