everything about the hotel from start to finish excellent.The only reason I didnt score it a 10 was we had a room at the front of the hotel and it was a bit noisy on the friday night but not as noisy on the saturday night but apart from that would definitely stay again next time we visit Edinburgh.

+ve: Food excellent, especially breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. -ve: Room very noisy with traffic, even though we were on the 5th floor. It felt as though the emergency services vehicles (sirens blaring) were outside the window. Radiator noisy when heat came on in the morning. Heated towel rail didn't work.

Very centrally located, quiet room at back of hotel with huge bed. good service, lovely breakfast. only disappointment was having to pay for car parking. Will recommend to others and will stay there again in future.

Lovely room, massive telly with tea/coffee and biscuits.Fabulous breakfast, great location. Bathroom slightly small but other than that great hotel
