The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.

Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Poor standards of housekeeping - room not very clean, lights not working, bathroom in poor state of repair. Breakfast good however and convenient for station

Great location for city centre shops and right next door to New Street Station - perfect for the person in need of retail therapy, as I was! Very comfy, clean room. Pleasant and helpful staff. A great hotel. Definitely recommended.

Lovely traditional hotel right in the centre of Birmingham. Our room had recently been refurbished and was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and all staff were helpful and friendly.The only drawback of this hotel is that there is no car park

Very comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Overall ambience very classic. Ideal location for catching train to NEC.

Great hotel, very clean and quiet. All the staff were polite and helpfull. The breakfast was 5 star for quality, selection and the breakfast room itself. We would go again without a second thought.

Rooms were lovely, right in the city centre, room service was good. Breakfast - there was so much choice. Definately would stay there again close to bull ring, Acardian for shopping and bars. The hotel also give you a 50%discount of parking for 2 nights we left early on Sunday and only paid £12 for parking.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Only complaint was that wireless internet did not work in my room. I would come back again in a heartbeat.
