| This was the fourth time we have used this hotel when visiting Birmingham. It's in a quiet area with free on-street parking and a 15 minute walk from the Bullring. We were allocated upgraded rooms and these were a good size and recently decorated, with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffe being a nice touch. We could also check in at noon. Breakfast was a very good buffet. However, our friends, who arrived a day later, had an old room and this they rated as very poor. they also could not check in until after 3 pm, hence the lowish rating. |
