| Great hotel, very clean and quiet. All the staff were polite and helpfull. The breakfast was 5 star for quality, selection and the breakfast room itself. We would go again without a second thought. |

| Rooms were lovely, right in the city centre, room service was good. Breakfast - there was so much choice. Definately would stay there again close to bull ring, Acardian for shopping and bars. The hotel also give you a 50%discount of parking for 2 nights we left early on Sunday and only paid £12 for parking. |

| Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Only complaint was that wireless internet did not work in my room. I would come back again in a heartbeat. |
