A warm welcome at reception and help with finding a parking space.(Extra £10 per night to park but no alternative in Bath)Comfy bed ,reasonable size room well decorated, bathroom a little tired and toilet flush took 6 goes.Breakfast was chaotic with slow refil of hot food, head waiter did bring me an idividual dish of baked beans.Would go again if in Bath
