Overall rating: average Room: big enough, carpeting should be changed soon (not so clean any more), drapes should be washed Service: good standard service; special service? - see "internet" below Restaurant: OK Location: Ortakoy is a nice town, therefore the location is good. However, the foto in the internet lets you believe that the Hotel is on the river Bosphorus with no high buildings around. This is not the case. The Princess Hotel is in the middle of other high buildings giving a view to the wall of the neigbour building across the street. No undistructed view. Internet: the Hotel brochure says "free wireless access in the entire Hotel. This is not the case. No access at all in the rooms. Only occassional access in one of three conference rooms and very occassionel access in the lobby. Despite daily requests and remainders this service was not provided or restored or installed. Considering the price of the Hotel the extra service should be better or one star removed. 25 other conference participants staying a full week at the Princess Hotel shared the above opinion.
