The hotel was very comfortable and what snacks/breakfast we had were of good quality. The Hotel was conveniently placed for travel to the airport, but a little too far out from central Istanbul to facilitate easy and central distances from my clients. I would however recommend the hotel and would use this again.

The room was nice no problems. The pool is nice but rather cold and the jacuzzi did not bubble and had a loose ring on the button that you press that I had noticed several weeks ago when I stayed there. Poor maintainance on this pool. I also left 2 swim suits in the room on check out and when I called I was told they were not there. Ofcourse I knew better and went back to the hotel and presented my case and after 10 + minutes they brought it down. the desk person said he did not understand the term I used. He barely apologized. My feeling is he should have been more open to the fact that I was very certain of those suits being there. I was a little upset and annoyed as I stay at a hotel that is more pricey when I want a pool etc. I usually stay at a cheaper and more informal hotel and to tell the truth they will bend over backwards for the client. the pricey hotels have a formality but no friendliness. Seems to me you can have both, right?? the breakfast was good and so was the restaurant service. Marilyn
