Hotel Zeugma, Istanbul

The theme at this small, middle-end boutique hotel housed in a restored 19th-century Ottoman house is ancient Rome, with reproductions of mosaics discovered at the site of Zeugma decorating the walls. Hotel Zeugma is ideally set in the Sultanahmet district, within walking distance from the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace Museum, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Basilica Cistern and the Byzantine Hippodrome.
