The Hotel is ideally situated in the commercial area. The room is very well equipped, service is good. The only thing which would need improvement is the breakfast undrinkable tea and coffee. Starbucks is two houses away fortunately.

this is my 5th time to stay in the richmond hotel.everytime we stay here there is always a problem.
this time we had booked 2 rooms [one for a friend] they did not have any booking for her! .one of these days they will get it right.

The hotel was 2.5 stars. The room had no working A/C. It was just a fan. The room was not very nice nor comfortable.

great hotel. good location. i have stayed here 5 times since last november. i always book a double bed but everytime i get there it is 2 single beds i get. this time we had to wait 2 days to get a double bed. staff are not very helpful. i ended staying another 3 days at the green park hotel. very helpful staff .. staff not helpful in richmond.
