Rooms and bathroom were clean.reception staff very unfriendly and rude,no thank yous or please ever uttered.no help offered even after asking about taxi rates.many hotels offered free shuttle services to and from airport,arcadia asked a hefty amount of money to use their hotel shuttle and when asked about booking taxi for the airport no help offered at all.were actually quoted double the fare for taxi services to the airport.will never forget rudeness from reception staff,not even a smile was there! WILL DEFINATELY NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Fantastic location-view from rooftop bar must be one of the best in the area,unbelievable at night.Only complaint was that air con not particularly efficient but apart from that a great hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located between Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. It's easy to walk/shop/eat/sight-see in the neighborhood and I always felt safe. Taxi drivers generally did not recognize the street, since it is a remote, one way street off the beaten track. Our room was clean but rather small. Two twin beds with somewhat hard matrasses (although I slept well). All the staff was friendly and helpful.

it was very centrally located in a old town and very easy to access many different amazing sites. there asre many nice restaurants and cafes around, all cloths to the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. and the view from the terrace restaurant was just wonderfull. You have a breakfast in the terrace restaurant and the food was quite nice. You can go up to the terrace restrant for having drinks after a dining out. and the night view from there was so beautifull! The staffs were very friendlly and kind. they gave us where to go and told us how to get there!
