Last time that I stayed at Dedeman it was in an old, dirty wing; this time i was surprised; everything was very clean one minor thing: the waiting time at the check-out desk is always very very very long the prices for drinks in the bar are very high

I think that for a 5 star hotel that the room and bathroom were a bit old and dated. Beer and wine were very expensive, maybe they doen't want that guests to drink at the hotel. Room service was good although.

i can say that the servis of hotel was very kind.the hotel roo, also was very good and cleaned.i had very good stay in that hotel.there is posibility in july to visite them again.

The room was clean and comfortable but the only problem we had was the air conditioning, even though turned down to cool it only pumped out hot air. A good, large selection of food, but the drink prices were to expensive.
