The hotel situation on the Chao Praya river commands an astounding view from every room. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff is professional and attentive and respond to your requests promptly. The downtown area is easily accessible by subway,if you don't mind the 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station. There are 2 great swimming pools; one overlooking the Chao Praya river and the other is designed like a resort hotel's pool with a bar in the center of the pool and palm trees all around it. This hotel combines both a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life as well as easy access to urban entertainment.The breakfast they offer is a great assortment of food either Asian or Western. I will stay here on my next visit to Bangkok again. Good value for money. Jan D'haene

Very conveniently located next to the largest shopping mall in Bangkok with numerous restaurants in the mall. The room is large with a huge bathroom with a very nice shower area. There are some minor wear and tear. Nice skyline view. Very nice swimming area with garden on the 26 th floor. Very nice breakfast buffet ( better than the one I have at Swissotel Park Nai Lert , Amari Watergate and Royal Orchid Sheraton ). The main drawback is also the location with probably the most congested area in Bangkok. However, once u arrive at the hotel u have direct access to the mall with a movie theater , grocery, etc.

My stay at the Sheraton Towers Bangkok was a lovely surprise. The room was fantastic, the view lovely and the service was excellent. I checked out of the room in a hurry accidentally leaving my computer on the bed. I didn't realize this until several hours later. When I went back to the hotel not only did they have my computer but they also brought me the food I had left in the refrigerator.

Great Hotel with excellent views over the river. Some refurbishment still ongoing but it did not interfere with our holiday
