Cancellation & Charges

The The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is advised during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation. Please  check "Standard Rules & Cancellation Policy" details which are shown twice in the Booking Process "Step 3" while you are making your reservation. If you do not show up at the hotel you might be charged a fee equivalent to 100 % of the total accommodation depending on the hotel's no show policy.

VERY IMPORTANT: Any amendments or cancellations of bookings must be done via Yeego and NOT the hotel itself. Please note all cancellations must be made through your online client control panel.

Credit Card Charges are made either instantly or 14 working days prior to arrival depending on your selection at the time of booking. If your credit card is declined we will make every effort to contact you. Finally, if you are unable to fulfil payment your booking will be cancelled.
