Located at Zurich Oerlikon. Near the airport (10min by car, 15min by tram, 5 min by S-Bahn) a little bit outside the city center (15min by tram, 5min by S-Bahn). Newly refurbished, very nice staff, breakfast buffet is incredible huge and tasty. Very recomandable.

Swissotel Zurich was an overnite stop for us; very convenient as it is next to train that connects directly to the airport. Room was very clean, quiet, and uptodate. Bar and two restaurants are good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in an excelent location. It is very nice and offers a nice room. It has AC and hairdryer, nice bathroom, and very clean. The train station is just across the street, and the hotel inside has a starbucks and a restaurant. The buffet breakfast offered, is the best. Very complete, with a lot of good options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again!

An absolute wonderful property. The train station is across the road and the tram station is next to the hotel. The train takes you to the Zurich main station in about minutes. Pls do not pay more for 3 star hotles in Zurich main instaed opt for this wonderful hotel about 5 mins away from Zurich main station.

Beautiful room, helpful staff and great breakfast! fantastic bonus to have use of the pool and fitness room. Centrally located and easy access to public transport with lots of restaurants in the area.

It's very weird that even though the room cleaning service knew that I was in the toilet, she insisted to clean up the toilet. It's so annoying!!! And what they called a triplle room is really a double room plus an extra bed that is so tiny. WEIRD!!!

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and a nice pool area on the top floor with great views. Rooms were fine (nothing special). Location was excellent and so simple to get to city center or airport by train.

Swisshotel in Zurich, 4 stars, near the rail station, 7 min from the center of the old city. Very good breakfast (on Sunday till 2 p.m.)

A smart looking hotel with a comfortable reception and a Starbucks inside. The staff were absolutely fabulous, very helpful in expaining the area' the transport and spoke good English. Rooms were well equipted with all toiletries, fridge, trs press, hairdryer, tv with many channels,tea and coffee even dressing gown and slippers. Pool and leisure facilities also avilable for free. Breakfast is buffet style and has everthing for all nationalities. It was served between 6am and 2pm which was great, definatly worth getting. The hotel is next to a wide variety of shops and markets. The Train Station is opposite which goes into Zurich in 7 mins and to the Airport in 4 mins. Trams and buses stop just outside. The transport is very cheap and the hotel provides day tickets and hour tickets which cover all modes of transport. The Hallenstadion is less than 10mins walk. In summary we found this hotel ideal in location, price and we can fully recommend it.It suited our needs and would definatly stay again

1. Actually the hotel isn't suitable for family traveller. The extra bed in the room didn't left any space to feel comfortably. The rooms defenitely aren't big enough for three persons. 2. Fitting room is just a part of swimming pool lobby and also exremely small. Almost no space for aerobic or other activity. 3. Althouth the hotel isn't situated in the city center the parking rate is very expansive (24 CHF per day).

Rooms were very nice. The bathroom a little small but well equiped. We enjoyed the swimingpool. A little noicy - we could hear the trains from our room. Great breakfast.

The Swissôtel located in a Zürich suburb called Oerlikon was a great location. Although not in downtown Zürich this wasn't a problem as it was extremely easy to get there by tram or train right from the hotel's front door, and it took only fifteen minutes. The hotel was clean and seemed to be efficiently run, the rooms were a little small but had a great view over Zürich. The hotel pool and spa were excellent and really well appointed. The evening meal we had on our first night was delicious and imaginatively prepared. Again service was very efficient. Breakfast was also good, but there could be more selection, for example it would be nice to see American pancakes and syrup on offer. A nice touch was having the Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel. On the whole it was a very good and pleaserable hotel experience.

Swissotel is very nice hotel, the room is nice and clean, reception is helpful. the airport settle bus is very handy, especially for the first time traveller. Breakfast is great, and the pub in downstairs is nice though. we enjoyed it, hope can go back next time.

Rooms were clean and adequate. Maid service was good. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but this as of a good standard with a good choice and friendly service. We noticed that children were looked after very well by the staff. The gym was small with one of the two treadmills working. The pool was very good and the sauna relaxation area was excellent with views over the city from the glass wall. Great location very close to the train and trams. It was only a 5 minute train ride in the the main station in the heart of the city. Public transport is excellent and inexpensive.

Service was very nice, restaurant is also good and the rooms were fine too. Nothing to complain...Good quality for good price.I would suggest you to give the time table for buses that are collecting us from the aireport to the hotel and back to the airport ...This would be quite a usefull information for us since buses do not leave every five minutes...

the free shuttle was the huge plus for us as we needed a place to sleep for an early morning flight. The hotel emailed me a list of scheduled bus times and it all worked perfectly. the airport has signs indicating hotel buses, and there was our white swissotel van, waiting and ready to take us. Hoel check in was easy, bar staff friendly, room quiet, clean and efficient. there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was a huge line to be seated and we did not have enough time. there is also a Starbucks in the lobbey so that was much quicker. the shuttle departed for the airport on time...it takes about 15 minutes to travel between the hotel and the airport.

The room is was very nice, the reception also and the service excellent. Can recommand this hotel. You should maybe send a time table for the bus (from airpot and from the hotel) with the reservation as this would help us to know at what time the busses leave... Other then that it was very nice

Check-in was very easy - helpful, polite front desk personnel. The hotel was very easy to find from the train - 5 minute easy walk. Hotel is big, very grand inside - rooms were good size, beds were wonderful, AC was COLD - great feeling after most of Europe being warm, very new feeling. Bathrooms were big & beautiful. Tv was great - movie channels & a number of English speaking channels. The restaurant was not our favorite - smoking inside, had to sit outside for non-smoking, menu was expensive.

Although the room was quite small, this hotel was wonderful. We had a great view, the breakfast was by far the best out of all the 4 star hotels in which we stayed, the staff were very friendly and as well as providing us with a travel cot for our baby, they also supplied toiletries, baby bath, bottle warmer, cotton and nappy at no extra cost which was a lovely gesture. The tea and coffee facilities were also an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Rooms very nicely fitted out and good size. Location terrific and tram number 11 to city in front of hotel. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is highly recommended. The room was not the best but it is good for its price. Eventhough it is not located at the city centre, the train station and the tram is just across the road. Very convenient. The breakfast was especially good. Lots of variety of drinks too. Clean and tidy overall.

Rooms - very clean good service - standard room a bit small for my taste and pillows way too soft. Had a bed+b/fast deal and the hotel b/fast buffet was excellent. Location is very good near public transport.
