I'll be honest with you... I was in zurich on my stag weekend, so i can't say i paid full attention to the hotel's nicities! however, i picked sheuble because i'd stayed there the year before at the end of an alpine climbing trip and had been more than happy withit. Clean, comfortable rooms; easy to find from the station and a small stone's throw from the heart of zurich. It'll definitely be where i book next time i'm in town.

Rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy. Staff poor and unhelpful. Breakfast facilities very poor, overcrowded (not enough tables for the numbers of people)and totally chaotic. Always had run out of cultery/food items/cups/drinks, staff rude. Hotel location in red light district.
