The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel location is good because you can go to the center by tram without any problem and the nearest tram stop is about 100 metres from the hotel (trams 4 and 13 go to the main train station). The attention of the receptionists is also very good. I really recommend this hotel.

Rooms are fairly good. Location not bad. Food is good. The front office staff are very arrogant & non co-operative.
