Nice rooms. 5-7 min walk away from train and tram station. Good service

Room was comfortable and it was adequate for 3 adults. Very quiet location. Staff were friendly and very helpful in reception. Good food and service in the restaurant. Hotel was in walking distance to the train station.

Rooms were clean but pretty basic compared to other Novotels we've stayed at in the world. Service was a bit lacking as well in comparison...internet paid for but wasnt working and needed to use it urgently but wouldnt allow us to use lobby internet for no price (still expected us to pay extra for lobby internet even though room internet was paid for and not working)...said theyd fix it but werent very helpful or didnt go out of their way to offer solutions. Check out staff had better service. Breakfast not worth it if you are vegetarian or dont each pork or ham...very continental style.
