Just ok. Room rate is fair, but need pay parking fees which is very expensive. Reception staff is not friendly. Very noise, you can hear everything from next room. Won't back next time.

We were tired and only had one day in zurich. The hotel was clean and the people at the desk were helpful to an extent. They were pleasant. We had difficulty with the hair dryer not working, and it was important to us. After having to call the desk three times, before someone came up, we were finally requested to move our room, in order to have a hair dryer which worked. We were also given a universal connector, but when we tried plugging in a new curling iron, it blew out the curling iron motor or electric heating element, so that it didn't work. When i explained this to the desk the next morning, as i was leaving, they said "sorry". It just was not a service oriented response, but it is what it is. I would choose a hotel next time that were within walking distance of downtown zurich. I had not known this when i made the reservation.

Rooms are very pleasant, well decorated, nice colors, nice big bed, nice bath room. Really cozy place where one can relax after work. A big plus is a couch where you can sit and read comfortably, big tv screen. I had my breakfast served in my room and it was excellent and very well presented ! very close to high way and airport if you come with your own car. Free shuttle available as well.
