We had our favorite room. Have returned three times and love the location. In the heart of Old City with great jazz clubs, shopping, close the the river. Front desk very accomodating. Best breakfast and courteous staff.

Location, cleanliness, toblerones and fruit in room, WONDERFUL breakfast,and large rooms made for a FAB stay! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

the staff was really friendly. we arrived on an extremely hot day in zurich and upon arrival rececption told us they are giving us an upgrade! our room was very neat and clean, nice bath. Very spacious. the bed was very comfy and we both had a wonderful nights sleep (and I am a very light sleeper). The breakfast buffet was really nice with big selection. even have a stunning little courtyard outside where you can have your breakfast in the summer months. The location was great too, in the heart of the old town near all the restuarants etc.
