Compared with other Intercontinentals in ex. Singapore, this old Zurich hotel was a negative suprise. The rooms was small, stuffy , och not well equipped. But the breakfast buffet was excellent, and made up for the discomforts of the room. The hotel is situated in the red light district, close to an industrial area and half an hours walk from Paradeplatz. If you have business to do in this Western part of Zürich, its quite ok for one night. I would never stay for a week, even if they gave me an upgrade.

It was very nice to be at the Zurich Intercontinental hotel, the room was clean but a bit small, the service was very good and the food at brakfast was excellent. Re. location - too far from the center and you don't have hotel bus for this service, pls. consider it again!!!
