The standard single rooms were small but functional -- no a/c which made it quite warm and stuffy in june. Needs modernisation. The restaurant was good. Well located right next to the opera house and the lake.

Room very pleasant, clean, very comfortable. We had a good continental breakfast. Location was ideal - we went to the opera just 100 ms away. Very friendly receptionists. We had a great time.
