| Really nice, comfortable hotel in Luzern's city centre. The room was nice: spacious, clean... The staff was also great, they helped me to get to my appointment (for the festival) and were really understanding. The only thing I could say is that sometimes, at night you could hear the noises from the streets ( Festival means a lot of people outside all night long!) |

| Despite the reconstruction (building new rooms and conference halls) at the time of our stay hotel was great, nice rooms and bathroom, breakfast was ok. Quite pricey drinks&food at hotel restaurants. |
