The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Clean place, compfotable beds, good shower and bathroom, good breakfast, have to improve a bit the eception of the incoming guests and listen carefully to then when they do not understand the local language and have difficulties to read the place rule, etc.

Location of hotel is very convinient in front of Interlaken West railway station. Rooms are also nice. But very less staff in the hotel. Many times you will not find any one at reception.

We booked three rooms and they are all the same - HORRIBLE !! Dark and gloomy. The furnitures are really very very worn out and old. The bedsheets are old and the bath towels are fraying....
The bathrooms is smelly.
We don't feel like coming back to the rooms. Breakfast is ok. Only the reception area is new and modern.
Not worth staying here.

Room was very adequate, wonderful location near the train station, the colours in the rooms were a bit bright
thre furniture was painted in very bright colours, they could have been more subdued and subtle or other wise some new more modern furniture could be purchased, to bring the roon up to date

Everything is perfect. Location is excellent just opposite to the train station. Breakfast is great. Room is nice.

Hotel was fine except the breakfast. It was very strnage that the waitress did not add the food after others ate it. So we had to eat what was left.

I was more than happy with the hotel although since the photograph and overview were posted on the net, the bar & restaurant have been replaced by a shoe shop, so there were no facilities on-site other than a breakfast room. Travelling solo, I always prefer to eat and drink where I am staying. The room represented very good value for money.

We found the hotel to be wonderfully central (opposite the railway station and amongst the shops, however our room (2 adults + 1 child) was cramped and difficult to move about in.
