Hotel Metropole provides a total of 95 rooms, including 62 standard rooms, 31 deluxe rooms and 2 unique suites. Standard guestrooms are equipped with bath or shower, cable TV, mini-bar, direct dial telephone, radio and hair dryer. Deluxe guestrooms and suites are located on the top five floors and equipped with bath or shower, cable TV, mini-bar, telephone with socket for analogue modems, safe, radio and hair dryer. Suite rooms have a separate living room. Most of the guestrooms offer south facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau massif

The specialty restaurant Bellini impresses the guests with its unique atmosphere, great view, first-class personal service as well as with its exquisite international cuisine and selection of wines from a variety of provenances. Guests can enjoy a delicious lunch, coffee and cake or a glass of wine at the panorama restaurant Top o`Met, which is located on the 18th floor with a splendid view of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland. At the time of check in and check out we were attended by a lady at reception very well and she was very helpfull and very polite.But after two days when I asked from the reception that they don't change the bed sheets every day, I was told It is pratics of the hotel that after every two days they change it I reminded them that it"s third day and they should change it but they did not.It is very unhigynic and it shows that they are least bothered about guest's concern.

We stayed at the Metropole the rooms were clean, facilities not bad, location is excellent. Staff are excellent, the breakfast is very good & the prices are reasonable. Could do with a few pound spent on it. may 08

Well located on interlaken main street. spacious room with balcony overlooking the mountains. Beside casino,resturants,tourist office,shops and rail station.Bus stop just outside. Varied choice for breakfast including choice of bacon,egg.omlette etc. Internet corner in lobby costs 5 francs for 15 minutes.

The hotel and the staff were one of the best in Interlaken . The only concern was the rooms. Rooms were not upto the standard.
