All rooms are equipped with satellite TV with pay per movie channels, direct-dial telephone, radio, mini-bar, hairdryer, private bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning and in-room safe. The rooms are small to medium in size. Some are decorated in pleasant contrasting colors with white washed walls, whereas the older rooms still retain the same old fashioned decor of heavy modern furniture, orange and brown carpets and curtains |

| There is an a la carte restaurant and a bar in the hotel. Swiss cuisine is excellent and among the most varied in Europe and there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. Area attractions include Geneva City Center, Water Fountain, Uno Building and Mont Blanc. The hotel is also located beside the train station, which provides simple and quick service to the airport. The multi- lingual staff works hard to make sure each guest is satisfied with their stay. The Cristal Hotel is close to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues. The centre of the Old Town is dominated by the Cathedral de St Pierre, a fine example of Gothic architecture. For tourist shops, visit the nearby Place du Bourg-de-Four. It is the oldest square in Geneva and was once a Roman forum. | The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the geneva main station and close to the centre. The room is clean but during the night, noise outside can be heard quite clearly but it does not really matter for us cause we were too tired. Would like to stay again if go to geneva next time. |

| Rooms were clean and quiet. All you need for a one night stay. Location was excellent; especially if you travel by train. One small thing was that it appeared the shower waste was partially blocked. |

| Cristal hotel used to be a very nice and well kept hotel in the heart of Geneva. I was disappointed to find that no renovation has been carried out in the last 10 years and the cleaning leaves much to be desired. People at the reception are kind and breakfast is fair, but I would not go there any longer. |
