| Clean, comfortable with very helpfulstaff. The hotel is in a really good location for the lake,station and town. we enjoyed our stay very much. |

| Rooms are cosy, service perfect, had dinner 2x in the Swiss environment and this was fun, food fondue and raclette nice. Location: very close to the railway station and the lake; could not be better. Expensive compared to nearby other hotels. |

| The rooms are clean and comfortable all the staff are polite and make you feel welcome. Particularly good is the swiss chalet decor which makes its feel as though its not just another chain. Breakfast is continental style served in the swiss chalet restaurant with a good choice of cold meats and cheese. The restaurant at night has tradional! swiss yodelling and music. The hotel is very close to the lake the room we had had a view of the fountain. Lots of cafes and bars close |

| An enjoyable visit. Hotel Very clean and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend it and hopefully we will be back. |

| The hotel, was very good, the entertainment in the restuarant in the evenings was really good fun. The only bad comment would raise is on the local area at night, my girlfriend & I one night on our way back to the hotel not too late about 23:30hrs, felt really quite intimedated by some rather unsavour people. We even saw a working girl talking to a guy in a car one evening. There is no mention that this hotel is situated near the Red Light district of Geneva that I saw in the website description. |
