The breakfast is very good, among the best in a Geneva hotel. The staff are very friendly. However, the room was the smallest I have ever stayed in in Geneva (a single, admittedly, but a very small single). Also, my room's air-conditioning was not working, and despite pointing this out daily at reception, nothing was ever done to fix it, nor was I ever updated about it. I would have expected better from a hotel with 4 stars.

Surprisingly quiet room although across the road from main train station although rather small. Only minutes walk to the lake and great connection to the airport.
