| Ideal hotel beside railway station and within walking distance of local shopping/restaurant area |

| Free unexpected city bus/tram pass included. Only problem (which did not concern us but might less abled) were the steps to reach the reception from the road. |

| I was in Metropol Hotel in Basel for five days. This hotel is nice, and it has a very good location in the city. It is close the SBB Central Station. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are comfortable. |
