Nice and friendly staff, well located, tram pass makes commuting and sight seeing easy, great breakfast, bed linen, especially pillows are somehow substandard for this hotel class. Non-smoking in restaurant as well as in the lobby would be appreciated.

Breakfast is the best. It exceeds the squality provided by many 5 starts hotel. When I asked the receptionist upon checkout for the receipt, they refused as it is not the hotel policy! I need your help in obtaining a proof that I spent 2 noghts there to provide it to my compnay. Please help me in this. the receptionist was not kind in this.

Clean, quiet, simple, and attractive with a friendly helpful staff. Would definitely revisit. Good breakfast and generous transportation pass included.

Marked down only for the fact that the beds are a little hard, there's limited bedding and clothes hanging space is also limited. Otherwise a great hotel.

Very modern and friendly hotel with good facilities. Good breakfast. Clean quiet room. 31st floor bar and disco fun with great views of Basel.
