The Malman's Dining Room offers an international à la carte menu alongside Malmen's classic menu of consisting of dishes such as canapé with shrimps, smoked salmon and horseradish mayonnaise, beef tenderloin Moulin Rouge; and deep-fried Camembert with warm cloudberries.
