La chambre était sombre et donnait sur une petite cour bruyante, car déchargement de bouteilles le soir et livraisons le matin vers 6h.

Small but adequate and quiet room. Beds too soft. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and most helpful staff. Great location.

very friendly reception and always smiling personnel. i was a bit surprised that i actually got a one-person bed in a hotel. even when you book for one, you often get a double or twin but not here. not a problem as such but worth mentioning. the bathroom was rather small but clean and convenient. three big shower gel and one body lotion recipients with a pump rather than the environmental unfriendly little flasks. the room was clean and room service was ok. complementary internet is always a plus when traveling for business or when traveling period and the wireless delivered well for the usual vpn, skype etc. it was my first time in sweden so i have little to compare to but the scandinavian breakfast buffet served at the belgobaren restaurant was really nice. you can even make your own pancakes if you want. the atmosphere created by the dim lights and candles on the tables allows you tocontinue to wake up just right and invites people to keep it calm and cozy. i think that's what i enjoyed the most. one more convenient thing about the hotel is the location: it's litterally 2 minutes from the central station, handy especially if you arrive from the airport with the arlanda express. one thing on the negative side of the balance was the storage room for the luggage which is operated (electronic lock) from behind the reception desk but you just walk in to grab your previously stored bags, there is no ticketing system or control. as much as i like the trusting-people-principle, this should be a bit more secure. so overall a nice hotel with very friendly staff and all the amenities needed on a business or vacation trip. i shall for sure stay here again next time.

Great location, across the road from Central Station and Arlanda Express. Nice Breakfast, Nice decorated and quiet rooms. elevators somehow slow - so ask for rooms on the first floor !
