| Room and service have to be improved as compared with other hotels of the same ranking in Europe.Price is also higher than in other hotels form Europe.Food is very good. |

| My wife and I feel that the room was very run down. We felt it could do with a paint. The bathroom needs new tiles as some of them had fallen off the walls. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. We enjoyed the breakfast but there could have been a bit more of a variety of pastrys and cereals. The location was ideal for us as it was central to everything. Friends of ours stayed in a different hotel and they paid only €30 extra and their hotel was well decorated and had tea/coffee facilities in the room. |

| The hotel is centrally located in the city centre. The room was ok and clean. The reception was on second floor, the breakfast fine. Service good. No real minusses, no real plusses. All and all a reasonable option for its price, by nothing special. |
