| Decent apartment hotel but with limited service. Breakfeast restaurant is OK but not really perfect. |

| The booking was not confirmed by yourselves which meant I was sent to a different hotel. You stated you woudl arrange the relevant transport for me, however this was a hambles & the taxi, when it did arrive was not advised the cost would be through yourslves nor what was happening. I will not be returning to stay at your hotels again |

| My room was a single. It was a mini-apartment with a kitchenette, a table, TV, ADSL internet connection and bathroom. The room and wardrbe were spacious. The breakfast is served in two different bad you can choose(Levinsky bar and Paccini bar). Negative notes: not so clean, specially the bathroom - the bed not comfortable - Paccini bar offers a really poor breakfast . |

| A nice hotel with all facilities provided, centrally located to area. Good breakfast. However, security system is a little difficult to get through - at times, it took a few tried for the card to register, and the door handle doesn't yield easily. This is especially difficult with heavy baggage. |

| The appartment was quite nice but the double bed was too smooth to sleep correctly and the supplemantary bed was old .. |
