This is a dreadful hotel. Calling it an Airport hotel is dishonest. I arrived on a delayed flight, after the free shuttle bus had stopped running. The hotel said it would cost €15 to send it to the airport, and take some time, so I paid €15 for a taxi. Rooms are very small. There was a tiny pillow and a filthy small cushion on the bed and reception said they had run out of spare pillows. This is nowhere close to being a 4-star hotel.

This hotel was supposed to be a four star, it was in fact a three star, which should have been a two star. But don't worry, the price remains the one of a four stars.
It's not a rip off, it's just disappointing: Rooms are small, the bathroom changes in a lake as you take a shower, when you order food you don't know if the sauce is mayonaise or bearnaise... THe staff is competent and welcoming, but they are not being given the means to do their job as well as they could.

The room was small & the bathroom even smaller for the price. The buffet breakfast was just cornflakes,some cold bread, some beverages & it is no way near to Arlanda Airport, only one bus connects to the hotel otherwise the traveller has to depend on the Hotel shuttle to go & come from the Airport.Not worth for a business traveller, it is better to stay at Radissson for a few dollars more as it is at a stone's throw distance from the Airport.
