This hotel was supposed to be a four star, it was in fact a three star, which should have been a two star. But don't worry, the price remains the one of a four stars. It's not a rip off, it's just disappointing: Rooms are small, the bathroom changes in a lake as you take a shower, when you order food you don't know if the sauce is mayonaise or bearnaise... THe staff is competent and welcoming, but they are not being given the means to do their job as well as they could.

The room was small & the bathroom even smaller for the price. The buffet breakfast was just cornflakes,some cold bread, some beverages & it is no way near to Arlanda Airport, only one bus connects to the hotel otherwise the traveller has to depend on the Hotel shuttle to go & come from the Airport.Not worth for a business traveller, it is better to stay at Radissson for a few dollars more as it is at a stone's throw distance from the Airport.

The Hotel it self was great, nice clean rooms and a modern lobby area, with an ok menu. The rooms was small. And the location was not Arlanda Airport - it was Arlandastad apx 10minutes from the Airport - but they had a great shuttlebus service.
