| 1. It is not **** (four star) hotel as stated at the voucher. 2. The phone number given to the Hotel (at the voucher) was WRONG - which made it difficult and very inconvenient - using mobil phone from Iceland, phoning back and forth to find out were to find the actual phone number. At this place, Arlanda, it is essential to have the right phone number at the Hotel to get information HOW to get to the Hotel. 3. There should be some information on beforehand how to get to the Hotel, from Arland and from town. 4. Lobby and living room was nice, hotel from outside OK. 5. I did NOT like the room (container design). The bathroom was OK. 6. | For a one-night stopover before an early flight from Arlanda this was a close to perfect location. The building is of a great design, unusual, but very convenient, and the 'Living Room' concept works very well. The reception staff were excellent. The single room was small, but adequate, the bathroom excellent, the bed comfortable - all that is required in fact for a brief stay. The snack evening meal was fine, the breakfast 8/10. A 10/10 rating for the whole experience would have been gained if the shuttle to the airport had been free. Otherwise - well done! |
